Years ago, while still in corporate retail, I worked alongside many smaller brands which I absolutely loved – but I saw a gap that was holding them back. These brands were brilliant, they had so much potential, but they lacked the resources and scale of the corporates. They missed big opportunities, as although they were agile, they were reactive, often led by gut instinct rather than data…
After I had my kids, I had a growing urge to work towards something I truly belived in. Then it dawned on me, I’d spent my career helping billion pound brands grow worldwide, personally managing £70m turnover, but the moments that lit me up came from using my expertise to help smaller brands succeed. That’s when I took the leap to work for myself, as a Strategic Partner to smaller ethical independent brands.
Now, drawing on 20+ years of retail and ecommerce experience, I help founders of conscious Shopify brands uncover what’s really happening in their business, identify the opportunities that matter most and build the commercial foundations needed for sustainable, profitable growth.
