A. The pre-work is intentional, not overwhelming – most founders spend around 2 hours on it.
It’s the data-gathering phase, so our session goes straight to strategy.
Many founders have their first lightbulb moments here, before we even meet.
Q. I’m a creative and not a numbers person. Will the 'Existing Performance' section be too technical?
A. Not at all. We are reviewing topline data here and we are looking for the story the numbers are telling us.
